Tina Wexler's marketing expertise has provided cost effective solutions to small businesses for over 25 years.
Tina’s entrepreneurial background began in 1987. She developed a unique b2b direct mail marketing program called Keepers, which was bought in 1989 by Sun-Times Distribution Systems, a subsidiary of the Chicago Sun Times newspapers. Tina remained with Sun Times until 1992 when Advo Systems, a national company out of California, purchased Keepers from the Sun Times subsidiary. At that time Tina chose to accept a buyout of her contract.
She first learned of the Internet while working as an independent marketing consultant to retail businesses in 1998. Tina created one of the Internet’s first shopping portals from her kitchen table on her first PC. By 1999 her portal had been featured in dozens of news publications and broadcasts across the country including The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, and InStyle Magazine. That same year her site ranked as one of the world’s busiest for unique hits. In 2000, while Tina worked to orchestrate an IPO, the dot.com bubble burst leading to the collapse of the Internet market.
Tina continued her success as a marketing consultant, providing support to businesses in retail, construction, property management and development, consumer services, B2B, and general business growth. Her grassroots, guerilla strategies help small to midsize businesses realize growth and expansion.
